What is Semi Permanent Makeup?
Semi-permanent cosmetic makeup is a state of the art form between cosmetic makeup and tattooing. It's a non-surgical method of applying eyeliner, eyebrows and full lip colour that can last for years, referred to as 'micro pigment implementation' - a process involving skin being pierced and application of  pigment into the dermal layer of the skin. Over time the pigment (which is very different from regular tattooing) is broken down by the body and fades away giving a semi permanent colour that needs to be topped up after 2-5 years.
